CUI's VHB, VHK, and VFK series are rugged DC-DC converters that feature an ultra-wide 4:1 input and provide 50 W to 400 W of output power. The converters are designed for high reliability applications, featuring over-temperature protection, over-current protection, and input transient voltage protection. The VHB series is packaged in an industry standard ½ brick aluminum case for PCB mounting. The VHK and VFK series are packaged in an aluminum chassis mount case with an integrated heat sink, offering improved thermal performance. The wide 4:1 input range is very useful to stabilize an input source such as a battery in various discharging and charging conditions.
