SPxx-01WTG-C-HV series (SPxx series) general-purpose electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection TVS diodes from Littelfuse bring improved protection to touchscreens, portable instrumentation, LED backlighting modules, and low speed I/Os. With lower clamping voltage and longer life, they protect sensitive equipment from damage due to ESD and other overvoltage transients. They are well suited for safeguarding the data lines on the larger touchscreen modules that are used in large-format tablets and notebooks, which use higher voltages across their rows and columns to allow the touchscreen to distinguish between intended and unintended touches.
