ULN200xA High Voltage, High Current Darlington Transistor Arrays: Diodes Inc. ULN200xA High Voltage, High Current Darlington Transistor Arrays feature seven open collector common emitter pairs with each pair rated at 500mA. Designed with inputs compatible with popular logic types and output clamp diodes with high voltage outputs rated up to 50V, these devices are capable of driving a wide range of loads including solenoids, relays, DC motors, LED displays filament lamps, thermal print-heads and high power buffers. Available in a small outline 16 pin package (SO-16), these devices include suppression diodes for inductive load driving with inputs and outputs pinned in opposition to simplify board layout.Learn More
