Low-Voltage STSPIN Motor Drivers: STMicroelectronics STSPIN Motor Drivers are a selection of ICs used for applications in a wide range of power ratings, motor types, and varied system partitioning. STSPIN motor drivers can be used to embed all functions to drive motors efficiently with the highest accuracy. These functions include an advanced motion profile generator to relieve the host microcontroller, and a comprehensive set of protection and diagnostic features.

Stepper Motor Drivers: STMicroelectronics Stepper Motor Drivers are a portfolio of STSPIN stepper motor drivers that span from relatively simple ICs to more complex solutions. Like solutions that need to autonomously drive a stepper motor using high-level motion commands. These commands come from the motor or motion control system host like a microcontroller, DSP or FPGA. STSPIN stepper motor drivers provide a ready-to-use solution for motor and motion control systems in a range of voltage and current ratings. The drivers are available in a large selection of space-saving, thermally-enhanced packages.

STSPIN820 Stepper Motor Driver: STMicroelectronics STSPIN820 Stepper Motor Driver integrates control logic, a low RDSon power stage, and is housed in a small QFN 4x4mm package. The STSPIN820 stepper motor driver's integrated controller implements a PWM current control with fixed OFF time and a microstepping resolution up to 1/256th of the step. This stepper motor driver can be forced into a low consumption state and offers protection features like overcurrent, overtemperature, and short-circuit protection. Typical applications include 3D printers, medical equipment, POS, robotics, industrial 2D printers, and textile and sewing machines.

Motor Drivers: STMicroelectronics Motor Drivers are a wide range of motor drivers covering the requirements of brushed DC motors, stepper motors, and brushless DC motors. The drivers are offered in an extensive range of voltage and current ratings. STSPIN motor drivers embed all the functions needed to drive motors efficiently. This is achieved with high accuracy and includes an advanced motion profile generator.
