Because the device is intended for external matching, BFP780 can be used in any application where high linearity is essential. Operating from a single 5V supply, the BFP780 provides a high compression OP1dB of 23dBm output point and OIP3 of 34dBM 3rd order intercept point at 90mA. The amplifier delivers a low 1.2dB @ 900MHz minimum noise figure. The BFP780 proper die attach with thermal contact is 100% tested and verified to ensure a minimum variation in thermal properties.
