Automotive Ultrafast Diodes: STMicroelectronics Automotive Ultrafast Diodes are qualified to the AEC-Q101 standard and are intended for DC-DC converters used in numerous automotive functions. These dedicated products are guaranteed in operation at junction temperatures from -40°C up to +175°C. A special screening matrix is implemented on these automotive-grade products at die and finished good levels, in order to comply with the most stringent international automotive quality requirements.

Standard Products: STMicroelectronics Standard Products are a broad range of industry-standard and drop-in replacements for the most popular general-purpose analog ICs, discrete and serial EEPROMs. The Standard Products are manufactured to the highest quality standards with many AECQ-qualified for automotive applications. A comprehensive set of design aids, including SPICE, IBIS models and simulation tools, are available to make adding to a design-in easy.

Ultrafast Rectifiers: STMicroelectronics ultrafast diodes are available from from 200V to 1200V with various VF/tRR trade-offs to achieve the best performance for any application. In PFC and solar inverters, STMicroelectronics now offers the BC²™ solution in addition to Tandem and Turbo2 devices. BC² guarantees the same efficiency as SiC diodes in a conventional PFC, for a much cheaper application cost. All STMicroelectronics ultrafast rectifiers are rated up to 175°C operating junction temperature, as a result of reduced leakage currents.
