LE25S161 16Mb Serial Flash Memory: ON Semiconductor LE25S161 16Mb Serial Flash Memory is offered as a SPI bus flash memory device in an 8-pin ultra-miniature package. Using a single power supply, the LE25S161 operates with a 1.65V-1.95V supply voltage up to a 70MHz frequency over a -40 to 90ºC temperature range. The device can operate with 5mA in program mode and 3.5mA in read mode. The LE25S161 allows emergency shutdown of the current consumption to maintain low-power operation. The LE25S161 features 4-64Kb/sector with a page program function of 256b/page and maximum page program time of 0.7ms/256bytes. Functions include small sector erase, sector erase, chip erase at a rate of 100,000 erase/program cycle. The small sector erase ability makes the LE25S161 well-suited for storing parameters or data with fewer rewrite cycles. The features and compact size of the LE25S161 16Mb (2048K × 8-bit) Serial Flash Memory makes it ideal for portable information devices.Learn More
