Fast Recovery Diodes
ROHM Fast Recovery Diodes improve efficiency of the switching power supply. The Fast Recovery Diodes reduce switching loss. They have recommended storage temperature of 20ºC to 30ºC, and humidity of 40 to 60% (RH). The high efficiency fast recovery diodes offer low noise and minimal loss. They are excellent for free-wheel PFCs and IGBTs. The diodes are Standard or AEC-Q101 Qualified.
