The LTM4650A-1 is a dual 25A or single 50A output switching mode step-down DC/DC μModule® (micromodule) regulator with ±1% total DC output error. Included in the package are the switching controllers, power FETs, inductors and all supporting components. Operating from an input voltage range of 4.5V to 16V, the LTM4650A-1 supports two outputs with an output voltage range of 0.6V to 5.5V, each set by a single external resistor. Its high efficiency design delivers up to 25A continuous current for each output. Only a few input and output capacitors are needed. Adjustable control loop compensation allows for fast transient response to minimize output capacitance when powering FPGAs, ASICs, and processors. Fault protection features include overvoltage and overcurrent protection. The LTM4650A-1 is offered in 16mm × 16mm × 5.01mm BGA package. Analog Devices µModule® Power Products are system-in-package (SiP) power management solutions with integrated DC/DC controllers, inductors, power transistors, compensation components, input and output capacitors. The devices are housed in compact, surface mount BGA or LGA packages. µModule power products support functions like Step-Down (buck), Step-Up (boost), Step-Down and Step-Up (buck-boost), Battery Charger, Isolated Converter, and LED driver.
LTM46xx µModule Regulators
Analog Devices LTM46xx µModule Regulators are system-in-package (SiP) power management solutions with integrated DC-DC controllers, inductors, power transistors, compensation components, input and output capacitors in a compact, surface-mount BGA or LGA package. The LTM46xx µModule Regulators support functions such as Step-Down (buck), Step-Up (boost), and Step-Down and Step-Up (buck-boost), and are available with a wide range of features. Select products are low-EMI solution compliant with EN55022 class B standards, CISPR 22 (Class B) & CISPR 25 (Class 5). The compact and highly integrated design of the µModule power products addresses time and space constraints while delivering highly reliable and efficient performance. 
LTM4650/1 DC/DC μModule® Regulators
Linear Technology/Analog Devices LTM4650/1 DC/DC μModule® Regulators are dual 25A or single 50A output power modules. The LTM4650/1 contain a switching controller, power FETs, inductors, and all supporting components. External compensation allows for fast transient response to minimize output capacitance when powering FPGAs, ASICs, and processors.
