These TSV6xx Micropower CMOS Operational Amplifiers are good candidates for those seeking the best compromise between power, bandwidth and precision. Depending on the application needs these STMicroelectronics TSV6xx Micropower CMOS Operational Amplifiers offer the best range of consumption versus speed (TSV61x for less consuming, TSV62x intermediate, TSV63x for the highest bandwidth). TSV63x Op Amps
The STMicroelectronics TSV63x dual and quad operational amplifier (op-amp) series offers low voltage operation and rail-to-rail input and output. These op-amps offer excellent speed/power consumption ratio, providing an 880 kHz gain-bandwidth product while consuming only 60 µA at 5V supply voltage. The TSV633 and TSV635 also feature an ultra-low input bias current and shutdown mode. These STMicroelectronics op-amps are ideal for sensor interfaces, battery-supplied and portable applications, and active filtering.
Low-Power High Accuracy Operational Amplifiers
