High Gain Blocks
Broadcom High Gain Blocks are high linearity and low current consumption broadband gain blocks or driver amplifier MMICs. The broadband gain feature works for various bands of cellular infrastructure that use the same driver amplifier or gain block for different frequencies and provides a common PCB design when used at different frequencies, therefore simplifying the PCB layout design. The built-in temperature compensated internal bias circuit also provides stable current over temperature and process threshold voltage variation. AVT-54689/AVT-55689 and MGA-31589 are housed in the industry standard SOT-89 package, offering the convenience of drop-in replacement. Broadcom High Gain Blocks are also suitable for broadband applications such as CATV, Satellite TV or MOCA set top box, cellular (LTE, GSM, CDMA, WCDMA, CDMA2000 & TD-SCDMA) and WiMAX wireless base station, and other wireless systems within their respective frequency ranges.
SKY65017-70LF InGaP Cascadable Amplifier
Skyworks SKY65017-70LF InGaP Cascadable Amplifier is a general purpose broadband amplifier fabricated from InGaP HBT process and packaged in a SOT-89 package. This device with 50Ω input and output is easily cascaded without external impedance matching networks. The SKY65017-70LF amplifier offers a typical -3dB bandwidth from 0.1GHz to 6GHz.
