Low Quiescent Current Solutions

The low-quiescent-current regulators offer maximum rated voltage of 50V, an output current ranging from 200mA to 500mA, and a Quiescent current as low as 6μA. These low current consuming products are ideal for compact battery-driven devices in applications like smartphones, IoT, wearables, and portable equipment.
