Small Cell Power Amplifiers: Qorvo Small Cell Power Amplifiers are housed in low-cost surface-mount packages with on-chip bias control and temperature control circuits. The amplifiers are suitable for small cell or enterprise Femtocell base station applications. The devices provide high gain and linear power using an LTE signal over the indicated frequency range.

TQP9421 High Linearity 0.5W Small Cell PA: Qorvo TQP9421 High Linearity 0.5W Small Cell PA is a high-linearity two-stage power amplifier in a low-cost surface-mount package. It features onchip bias control and temperature control circuits and is suitable for small cell base station applications. The TQP9421 provides 30dB gain and +27dBm linear power over the 2.11-2.17GHz frequency range. This amplifier is able to achieve -50dBc ACLR at +27dBm output power using 20MHz LTE signal.
