AS3728 8A Power Stage: ams AS3728 8A Power Stage is intended to be used with AS372x products and provides support for single or dual phase operation. The AS3728 cannot be used without a DC/DC controller. The IC contains the power FETs for 2 phases and can handle output currents of 4A per phase at 1.3MHz. The AS3729 features over-temperature protection and is housed in a cost effective and small package. Applications include mobile phones, tablets, and notebooks.
