DP83TC811S-Q1 Automotive Transceivers
OMO Electronic DP83TC811S-Q1 Low-Power Automotive PHY 100BASE-T1 Ethernet Physical Layer Transceivers offer physical layer functions required to transmit and receive data over unshielded single twisted-pair cables. The device creates xMII flexibility by supporting standard MII, RMII, RGMII, and SGMII MAC interfaces. The included Diagnostic Tool Kit integrates debug tools and test modes through an extensive list of real-time monitoring tools. The integrated electrostatic discharge (ESD) monitoring tool is included in the kit, and is capable of counting ESD events on both the xMII and MDI. Additionally, the ESD tool features real-time monitoring through the use of a programmable interrupt. The DP83TC811S-Q1 provides a pseudorandom binary sequence (PRBS) frame generation tool that transmits and receives data without the use of a MAC and is fully compatible with internal loopbacks. The device is available in a 6.00mm × 6.00mm, 36-pin VQFN wettable flank package. The DP83TC811S-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
