In makhachkala came about 14 days, all well mosfets about 3 kila resistance and 25 foot gives 12 volts as expected, installed and tested. But worse than the package i could see, almost on all the chips of the knife bent to disgrace on two were generally broken one leg, opened a dispute the seller neither began to gas and i returned money for 2 chips although in a personal he wrote me type close the dispute and i will send you the chips i do not believe their tales. In general, the chips are good can be taken boldly but persistently ask the seller to focus better!!!

FAN6500xx Switching Controllers: ON Semiconductor FAN6500xx Switching Controllers are wide input voltage highly efficient synchronous buck regulator with integrated high-side and low-side power MOSFETs. These controllers incorporate a fixed frequency voltage mode PWM controller with 4.5V-65V wide voltage range and can handle continuous currents up to 6A, 8A, and 10A. The FAN6500xx controllers include a 0.67% accurate reference voltage to achieve tight regulation. These controllers switching frequency can be performed from 100kHz to 1MHz.
