ECOMOS™ MOSFETs: The ROHM Semiconductor ECOMOS™ MOSFET series is designed specifically for use in the power circuits of portable devices. ROHM Semiconductor ECOMOS MOSFETs reduce power consumption by significantly reducing ON-resistance during operation for longer battery life. The ROHM ECOMOS series features a submicron cell pitch structure that increases current capacity per unit area to 2.5 times that of conventional products. These ROHM Semiconductor MOSFETs provide high heat resistance and offer a variety of advantages to designers when used in portable device circuitry.

Silicon Power MOSFETs: ROHM Semiconductor Silicon Power MOSFETs feature ultrafast switching speeds and low on-resistance. The MOSFETs are available in a wide lineup of packages, including the miniature 0604 package, for space saving in designs.
