MAX16140 & MAX16142 Single-Channel Supervisory IC
Maxim Integrated MAX16140 & MAX16142 Single-Channel Supervisory IC features a 370nA quiescent current that extends battery life. The MAX16140 and MAX16142 are housed in a tiny, 4-bump, wafer-level package (WLP). The devices monitor the VCC voltage from 1.7V to 4.85V in 50mV increments and asserts a reset when VCC voltage falls below the reset threshold. The reset output remains asserted for the reset timeout period after the VCC voltage rises above the factory-set VCC_TH + VHYS.
