Kinetis K1x 32-bit Microcontrollers: NXP Semiconductors Kinetis K1x 32-bit Microcontrollers are pin-, peripheral-, and software-compatible MCUs based on the Arm® Cortex®-M4 core. Devices start from 32KB of flash in a small-footprint 5mm x 5mm QFN-32 package, extending up to 1MB in a MAPBGA-144 package. These scalable MCU feature a rich suite of analog, communication, timing, and control peripherals. Additionally,flexible low-power capabilities, mixed signal analog integration, and innovative FlexMemory (EEPROM) help to solve many of the major pain points for system implementation. High memory density K1x Devices include a single precision floating point unit and a NAND flash controller.
