They are of poor quality, do not offer correct analog signal, go from 520 to 0 in an instant, even if you don't take the yoistick to the end, the same goes from 520 to 1023. I bought two, and the two work just as bad, the potentiometers don't work well.

The 'ABT16543 can be used as two 8-bit transceivers or one 16-bit transceiver. Separate latch-enable ( or) and output-enable ( or ) inputs are provided for each register to permit independent control in either direction of data flow.
