The Zener voltage ranges from 4.2 to 38V and the operating temperature range from -65ºC to 150ºC. These Zener diodes are available in high power density SMP (DO-220AA) package. Vishay Semiconductors eSMP® SMP Zener Diodes are surface mount power voltage-regulating diodes. These RoHS compliant Zener diodes are available in high power density SMP (DO-220AA) package. The low profile eSMP diodes are ideal for automated placement and are encased in 3mm x 2mm x 1mm space-saving footprint. The eSMP Zener diodes operate within -65ºC to 150ºC temperature range and offer low Zener impedance, low thermal resistance, and low regulation factor.
