This TVS protection product offers ±30 kV contact ESD, ±30 kV IEC air-gap protection, and has an ESD clamp circuit with a back-to-back TVS diode for bipolar or bidirectional signal support. The 10pF line capacitance is suitable for a wide range of applications supporting data rates up to 400Mbps.
