BD9A301MUV Single Synchronous Buck DC/DC Converter
ROHM BD9A301MUV Single Synchronous Buck DC/DC Converter is a synchronous buck switching regulator with built-in low on-resistance power MOSFETs. It provides a current up to 3A and the SLLM control provides excellent efficiency characteristics in light-load conditions. This makes the BD9A301MUV ideal for equipment and devices that demand minimal standby power consumption. The oscillating frequency is high at 1MHz using a small value of inductance. This current mode control DC/DC converter features high-speed transient response and phase compensation that can be set easily.
BD9x Integrated MOSFET DC-DC Buck Converters
ROHM Semiconductor BD9x Integrated MOSFET DC-DC Buck Converters are synchronous buck switching regulators with built-in power MOSFETs. These ICs provide currents in a range from 1A to 6A. They deliver fast transient response by employing constant on-time control system. This allows high oscillating frequency at low inductance. They employ an original constant on-time control method which operates low consumption at light load. This makes these devices ideal for equipment that demands minimal standby power consumption.
BD9x Evaluation Boards for DC/DC Converters
ROHM BD9x Evaluation Boards for DC/DC Converters are used for the evaluation of the BD9E303EFJ-LBE2 and B9DA400MUV-E2 Single Synchronous Buck DC/DC Converters. The BD9E303EFJ-LB is a synchronous buck switching regulator with built-in power MOSFETs. The B9DA400MUV-E2 is capable of providing current up to 4A and features SLLM™ control that provides excellent efficiency characteristics in light-load conditions.
