Power Management ADI SLP

ADP244x Switching Regulators: Analog Devices ADP244x Synchronous, Step-down, DC-to-DC Switching Regulators feature an integrated 98mΩ, high-side power metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET) and a 35mΩ, synchronous rectifier MOSFET. The ADP244x regulators operate from a 4.5V to 36V input voltage range. Designers can adjust the output voltage down to 0.6V as well as program the switching frequency from 200kHz to 1.8MHz. These high-power efficiency regulators deliver up to 3A of continuous current.
