***rchild Semiconductor: FNB81060T3 is a Motion SPM 8 module providing a fully-featured, high-performance inverter output stage for AC Induction, BLDC, and PMSM motors. These modules integrate optimized gate drive of the built-in IGBTs to minimize EMI and losses, while also providing multipleon-module protection features including under-voltage lockouts, inter-lock function, over-current shutdown, thermal monitoring of drive IC, and fault reporting. The built-in, high-speed HVIC requires only a single supply voltage and translates the incoming logic-level gate inputs to the high-voltage, high-current drive signals required to properly drive the module's robust shortcircuit-rated IGBTs. Separate negative IGBT terminals are available for each phase to support the widest variety of control algorithms.

Motion SPM® 8 Smart Power Module: ON Semiconductor Motion SPM® 8 Smart Power Module is a 600V, 10A, and 3-phase IGBT inverter that includes a control IC for gate drive and protections. The SPM 8 module is a low-loss and short-circuit IGBT for AC Induction, BLDC, and PMSM motors. The SPM 8 module integrates optimized gate drive of the built-in IGBT to minimize EMI and losses. This module comes with multiple on-module protection features such as under-voltage lockouts, interlock function, and over-current shutdown. The SPM 8 module employs built-in High Voltage Integrated Circuit (HVIC) temperature-sensing allows for temperature monitoring.
