Ternopil, ukraine 25 days from payment. Track left, not tracked. Capacitors took to connect through them led lamps. In the village, the voltage reaches 255 volts. A 10 watt lamp shines at 14 watts. Overheat all kinds of diodes and the lamp fails. Connected through the capacitor. The lamp at a voltage in the network of 255 volts shines by 8 watts. Lost a little on brightness, but i hope to extend the life of the lamps. Measured by the chinese wattmeter. I did not communicate with the seller.
