The LTC7004 is a fast high side N-channel MOSFET gate driver that operates from input voltages up to 60V. It contains an internal charge pump that fully enhances an external N-channel MOSFET switch, allowing it to remain on indefinitely. Its powerful driver can easily drive large gate capacitances with very short transition times, making it well suited for both high frequency switching applications or static switch applications that require a fast turn-on and/or turn-off time. LTM80xx Step-Down µModule® Regulators
Linear Technology / Analog Devices Inc. LTM80xx are 40VIN, 3.5A (continuous) step-down Silent Switcher μModule® (power module) regulators. Included in the package are the switching controller, power switches, inductor, and all support components. The components operate over an input voltage range of 3.4V to 40V. The LTM8003 supports an output voltage range of 0.97V to 18V. The LTM8053 supports an output voltage range of 0.97V to 15V. Both devices have a switching frequency range of 200kHz to 3MHz, each set by a single resistor. Only the input and output filter capacitors are needed to finish the design.
