General Purpose ESD Protection SPA Diodes: Littlefuse General Purpose ESD Protection SPA Diodes protect electronics from transient voltage damage. The wide selection offers diodes that meet industry requirements to solve multiple exposure issues.

Lightning Surge TVS SPA Diodes: Littelfuse Lightning Surge TVS SPA Diodes are designed to limit the amount of unwanted voltages to prevent damage by blocking the surges.

SPHV & SPHV-C TVS Diodes: Littelfuse SPHV & SPHV-C Series are TVS Diodes designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment against ESD and lightning-induced surge currents. SPHV (unidirectional) and SPHV-C (bidirectional) replace 0402-sized MLVs in automotive, LED, and instrumentation applications. These TVS diodes from Littelfuse absorb repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level of the IEC61000-4-2 international standard (Level 4, ± 8kV contact discharge), as well as dissipate up to 8A of induced surge current.

TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA): Littelfuse TVS Diode Arrays SPA™ (Silicon Protection Arrays) are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). The diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. The TVS SPA diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.
