The ESR is perfect, and is .03 a .04 Ω. But the uF is not that great NON of the 20 capacitors are around 470uF, they are almost all between 440 and 400 uF, tested it with a ESR meter and a Fluke 179 Multi Meter.And one of the 20 caps is broken and gives me a very strange reading on my ESR Meter and my Fluke 179 Multi Meter says OL, and one it only 409uF, and that is to low.Everything between 423uf and 517uF is good, everything lower or higher that is bad and is below or higher then 10- or 10+And of 470 10% less is 423uF, and of 470uf 10% higher is 517uF.
