Semtech TClamp® Low Capacitance Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Arrays are designed to protect high speed data interfaces. TClamp TVS Arrays protect sensitive components which are connected to data and transmission lines from overvoltage caused by ESD (electrostatic discharge), CDE (Cable Discharge Events), and lightning. These dual-channel transient voltage suppressors deliver protection while also presenting a minimal line-to-line capacitance. Robust surge ratings for high-surge lightning protection helps communication, data interface, and xDSL equipment makers achieve compliance with the industry’s stringent EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) immunity requirements. TClamp2512N & TClamp3312N
Semtech TClamp®2512N and TClamp®3312N Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Arrays protect Ethernet and telecom interfaces against secondary surge and electrostatic discharge (ESD). The TVS arrays integrate low capacitance, surge-rated steering diodes with a high power TVS to provide up to 120A of lightning surge protection. These TransClamps feature low dynamic resistance, low capacitance, solid state silicon-avalanche technology, and a small SLP package to save board space. TClamp2512N and TClamp3312N are in a 10-pin SLP2626P10 package measuring 2.6 x 2.6 x 0.60mm dimensions. The TransClamps are used in integrated magnetics, central office equipment, 10 or 100 or 1000 Ethernet, access equipment, and customer premise equipment. Learn More
