MRF24300N 2.45GHz RF Power MOSFET
NXP MRF24300N RF Power Laterally Diffused MOSFET (LDMOS) offers efficiency and high power at 2.4GHz / 300W CW. This high-gain device is targeted to replace industrial magnetrons and will provide longer life and ease of use. It operates at 32V rather than the 4,000V a magnetron requires. This allows for smaller power supplies and makes servicing equipment much safer.
