The ON Semiconductor NCL30000 isdesigned to operate in critical conduction mode and is suitable forflyback and buck topologies. This ON Semiconductor PFC dimmable LEDdriver features a programmable on time limiter, zero current detectsense block, gate driver, and trans-conductance error amplifier as wellas PWM control circuitry and protection functions required to implement acritical conduction mode switch mode power supply. The NCL30000 featureslow startup current, enabling fast, low loss charging of the Vcccapacitor.
