K3010P Optocouplers: Vishay K3010P Optocouplers consist of a photo-transistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode in a 6-pin package. K3010P offers 0.2pF coupling capacity and input sensitivity (IFT) of 5 to 15mA. These Vishay optocouplers are ideal for use in circuits for safe protection separation against electrical shock.
