APT10026L2FLL Power MOS 7® FREDFET
Microsemi / Microchip APT10026L2FLL Power MOS 7® FREDFET is a low loss and high voltage N-channel enhancement mode power MOSFET. This power MOSFET provides 1000V VDSS, 38A ID, and 0.26Ω RDS(on). The Power MOS 7 lowers the RDS(ON) and Qg to control the conduction and switching losses. This MOSFET combines low conduction and switching losses with fast switching speeds inherent with metal gate structure. The APT10026L2FLL Power MOS 7 FREDFET is available in a TO-264 MAX package and is easy to drive. Other features include low input capacitance, lower miller capacitance, and increased power dissipation.
