Took me ~2 hours to put it together with my 5yo son.Few things you want to know: - Use a soldering station, max 350deg, as the PCB tracks are very thin and come off easily. - There is a link underneath one of the indicators, very easy to miss. I did not see it and had to put a link on the back of the PCB. It is under the "minutes" DS2 indicator. - Pay attention that 3 of the LEDs have same polarity and 4th of the LEDs is reversed (top right between minutes and seconds indicators). - The battery is used just for back up. - 6-12v operating voltage. Does not start on 5v. - The LEDs between the indicators are purely decorative and won't blink as one might expect. Mine have slightly different brightness which is somewhat irritating. - Chinese manual, useless except for full schematics (NICE!).
