The poles are confused on the capacitor. Where there should be a minus there plus. The seller stated-10 and + 20 error and in fact-30 and + 20 when it heats up to 10 degrees it starts to quickly discharge and therefore can not exactly 60 degrees to withstand then it rushes.The current in the beginning of 70-60 amps.
