The devices are housed in compact, surface mount BGA or LGA packages. µModule power products support functions like Step-Down (buck), Step-Up (boost), Step-Down and Step-Up (buck-boost), Battery Charger, Isolated Converter, and LED driver.
LTM46xx µModule Regulators
Analog Devices LTM46xx µModule Regulators are system-in-package (SiP) power management solutions with integrated DC-DC controllers, inductors, power transistors, compensation components, input and output capacitors in a compact, surface-mount BGA or LGA package. The LTM46xx µModule Regulators support functions such as Step-Down (buck), Step-Up (boost), and Step-Down and Step-Up (buck-boost), and are available with a wide range of features. Select products are low-EMI solution compliant with EN55022 class B standards, CISPR 22 (Class B) & CISPR 25 (Class 5). The compact and highly integrated design of the µModule power products addresses time and space constraints while delivering highly reliable and efficient performance. 
LTM4630/A Dual/Single DC/DC μModule Regulators
Linear Technology/Analog Devices LTM4630/A Dual 18A or Single 36A DC/DC μModule Regulators have a high efficiency design that operates from a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 15V. The LTM4630/A output voltage range is supported by two outputs that deliver 18A continuous current each, individually set by a single external resistor. A small number of input and output capacitors are needed for the regulators. The LTM4630/A features a onboard temperature diode for device temperature monitoring, Burst Mode®, multiphase operation, frequency synchronization, and overvoltage/overcurrent protection. The DC/DC μModule regulators enable a very fast transient response to line and load changes by the high switching frequency and a current mode architecture, without sacrificing stability.Learn More
