It did not raise above 8.12v under the load of 2 LED strips (2*3 LED's).Works normally as described without load, it cannot decrease the voltage below the input voltage (i.e. if input is 5v, it cannot give output as 4.9v, it will be same or more. It cannot function as step down module).Quality seems good but I observed high liquid damage at mounting of potentiometer soldering and white coating of heated liquid was very thick. this means it's not transit moisture but actual liquid damage.
