These TI power modules have either 3A(LMZ23603), 5A (LMZ23605), 8A (LMZ23608), or 10A (LMZ23610) output current and offerefficiency of up to 92%. These power modules have a -40to +125ºC junction temperature range and provide fast transientresponse for FPGAs and ASICs.
