QPA9121 Driver Amplifiers: Qorvo QPA9121 Driver Amplifiers are wideband, high gain, and high peak power driver amplifiers providing 27dBm P3dB with 28dB gain. These amplifiers feature 2.3GHz to 5GHz operational frequency range, DC power shutdown, and 50Ω matched RF input and output. The QPA9121 driver amplifiers incorporate the shutdown function through the VPD pin. These driver amplifiers provide excellent DPD correction with 5G signals as wide as 160MHz. Typical applications include TDD/FDD system, mobile infrastructure, general purpose wireless, and 5G m-MIMO.
