***AS INSTRUMENTS INC: The TPS22934 is a small, low ON-resistance (rON) load switch with controlled turnon. The devices contain a P-channel MOSFETs that can operate over an input voltage range of 1.5 V to 3.6 V.

***INS: The switch is controlled by an ON/OFF input (ON), which has built-in hysteresis (VTH+(typ) = 2.35 V) allowing an easy use of TPS22934 in power-rail sequencing applications.

TPS229xx Load Switches: OMO Electronic TPS229xx Load Switches are small, low RON, single channel load switches with a controlled slew rate. Each device contains either an N-channel or P-channel MOSFET and is controlled by an on/off input, which is capable of interfacing directly with low-voltage control signals. The small size and low RON of the TPS229xx Load Switches make them ideal for use in space constrained, battery-powered applications. The wide input voltage range of the switches makes them a versatile solution for many different voltage rails. The controlled rise time of these devices greatly reduces inrush current caused by large bulk load capacitances, thereby reducing or eliminating power supply droop. Certain TPS229xx Load Switches further reduce the total solution size by integrating a pull-down resistor for quick output discharge (QOD) when the switch is turned off.
