Designers can regulate the output voltage as low as 0.6V. MP2147's constant-on-time control delivers a fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. The device's fault condition protections include cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown. Available in a small QFN2×3mm package, MP2147 requires only a minimal number of readily-available, standard, external components.
