FPF1504 Advanced Load Management Switch: On Semiconductor FPF1504 Advanced Load Management Switch is a low-RDS P-Channel MOSFET load switch of the IntelliMAX family. The integrated slew-rate control prevents excessive inrush current from the supply rails with capacitive loads common in power applications. The FPF1504 switch features output discharge capability.
