ATA8520 Single-Chip SIGFOX™ RF Transceivers
Microchip Technology ATA8520 Single-Chip SIGFOX™ RF Transceivers are flexible solutions that operate in the 868MHz SIGFOX network and combine with any host microcontroller. These transceivers provide equipment for the Internet of Things (IoT) and other machine-to-machine communication using an air interface to the SIGFOX proprietary network. The ATA8520 transceivers incorporate an RF front end and a microcontroller in a single chip. This single-chip solution provides low-power consumption of 32.7mA current at 14.5dBm output power and 5nA in Off mode current.
