QPA4501 4.4–5.0GHz GaN Power Amplifier Modules: Qorvo QPA4501 3W, 28V, 4.4–5.0GHz GaN Power Amplifier Modules provide an integrated two-stage solution for massive MIMO applications up to 3W RMS. Minimal external components are required, and the device has a much smaller footprint with it's compact, 6 x 10mm plastic surface mount package. The QPA4501 Power Amplifier Modules offer an operating drain voltage of +28V, and a 50Ω input and output. The QPA4501 integrates a Doherty final stage delivering high power added efficiency for the entire module.

Doherty Amplifier Modules for Sub 6GHz 5G: Qorvo Doherty Amplifier Modules for Sub 6GHz 5G are highly integrated solutions for 5G sub 6GHz massive MIMO architectures covering bands, n77, n78, and n79. These 2-stage power amplifier modules are compact with a small footprint. They integrate a Doherty final stage delivering high power added efficiency for 5G massive MIMO antenna array systems. All modules have a 50ohm input and output requiring minimal external components.
