STTH30L06C Turbo 2 High Voltage Rectifiers
STMicroelectronics STTH30L06C Turbo 2 Ultrafast High Voltage Rectifiers feature 600V technology and are specially suited for use in switching power supplies and industrial applications as rectification and discontinuous mode PFC boost diodes. STMicroelectronics STTH30L06C rectifiers feature ultrafast switching, low reverse current, and low thermal resistance. The STTH30L06C reduces switching and conduction losses and provides a suitable trade-off between VF and tRR for boost converters in solar inverters.
Standard Products

Ultrafast Rectifiers
STMicroelectronics ultrafast diodes are available from from 200V to 1200V with various VF/tRR trade-offs to achieve the best performance for any application. In PFC and solar inverters, STMicroelectronics now offers the BC²™ solution in addition to Tandem and Turbo2 devices. BC² guarantees the same efficiency as SiC diodes in a conventional PFC, for a much cheaper application cost. All STMicroelectronics ultrafast rectifiers are rated up to 175°C operating junction temperature, as a result of reduced leakage currents.
