30A to 45A PowerBridge™ Rectifiers: Vishay Semiconductors PowerBridge™ Rectifiers feature current ratings of 30A to 45A, maximum peak reverse voltage ratings of 600V to 1000V, and a high case dielectric strength of 1500V. The 45A Vishay Semiconductor PowerBridge Rectifiers are the industry's first single in-line bridge rectifiers in the PowerBridge package, which features a body size of 30mm by 20mm with a 3.8mm profile. Vishay Semiconductors PowerBridge devices allow heat to dissipate more efficiently than larger-size bridge rectifiers on the market. These single in-line rectifiers are ideal for AC-to-DC rectification in switchmode power supplies, power inverters in home appliances, and primary rectification circuits for switchmode power supplies.
