Unfortunatelly it is probably fake, Quiescent Current is much different than in specification datasheet, significantly different short circuit output current, weird behavior if too low (near to -Vcc) or too high (near to +Vcc) voltage on input applied. In equalizer it plays much worse than NE5532, treble gone, sounds weird distorted. Hard to be sure but because of bad performance, it is not real OPA2134PA.
