HMC1144 Medium-Power Amplifiers
Analog Devices HMC1144 is designed as a gallium arsenide (GaAs), pseudomorphic high electron mobility transfer (pHEMT), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), distributed power amplifier. This medium-power RF amplifier operates from 40 to 70GHz. Within the lower 40-50GHz band, the HMC1144 amplifier offers a typical 19dB gain, 28dBm output IP3, and 19.5dBm of output power at 1dB gain compression. Within the upper 50-70GHz band, the amplifier provides a typical 19dB gain, 32dBm output IP3, and 21dBm of output power at 1dB gain compression. The HMC1144 requires 320mA from a 4V supply. The HMC1144 amplifier inputs/outputs are internally matched to 50Ω. This allows the HMC1144 to be integrated into multichip modules (MCMs). The chip connected via two 0.025mm (1 mil) wire bonds takes all data for the HMC1144 amplifier.Learn More
