Würth Elektronik WE-TVS series comes in a standard, high speed, and super speed series and is available in different pin configurations and case sizes.

WE-TVS Standard High-Performance TVS Diodes: Würth Elektronik WE-TVS Standard High-Performance TVS Diodes are the preferred component when it comes to power supplies or slow data cables to protect from ESD, fast transients (burst) or power surges (surge). Features include fast turn-on, low clamping voltage, and high ESD withstand voltage. ESD protection meets the EN 61000-4-2 accordance with 8 kV contact discharge and 15 kV air discharge. Standard Series diodes are available as a uni- and bi-directional components.
